Acceptable Use Policy

Banana Studio is designed for legitimate creative and production use. NSFW, adult, and sexually explicit content generation is prohibited.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Banana Studio, including prompts, uploads, reference media, edited assets, generated outputs, account activity, and API usage.

2. Disallowed Content

  • NSFW, adult, nude, semi-nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, escort, or pornographic content.
  • Sexual content involving minors, age-inappropriate depictions, or exploitative sexual material of any kind.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge porn, sexual deepfakes, or sexualized use of a real person's likeness without consent.
  • Illegal, hateful, violent extremist, deceptive, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive content.

3. Disallowed Behavior

  • Trying to bypass moderation, safety filters, blocked terms, or account limits.
  • Uploading copyrighted or private material without permission.
  • Using the Service to harass, defame, exploit, or impersonate other people.
  • Selling, scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing the Service in ways we have not authorized.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We may block prompts, reject outputs, remove content, freeze credits, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we detect policy violations, abuse, fraud, or legal risk. Attempts to repeatedly generate prohibited content may result in permanent loss of access and denial of refunds.
