Banana Studio is an independent product and is not affiliated with Google or other AI model providers. We provide access to AI models through our own interface.
In this Privacy Policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean ORIGAI LLC, the company that operates Banana Studio and the website imgeditor.co.

8. AI Model Providers and Generated Content
To provide image and video generation, editing, moderation, storage, and delivery, we may send prompts, uploaded references, generated outputs, task identifiers, and related metadata to selected third-party AI model providers and infrastructure partners. We use these providers to process requests, return results, monitor abuse, and maintain service reliability.
9. Payments
Paid products, subscriptions, credit packs, invoices, refunds, and payment verification may be handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Payment processors handle payment information under their own privacy and security practices.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements.
